Liberalism certainly is a disease.

Wow laura, shallow throw away declarations of other peoples views as a disease, must make it easy not to think.

Not so fast, yoyo.
It is a common assertion that the modern liberal mind is a form or neurosis. Many books have been written showing cause, most notably and recently a book entitled: “The Liberal Mind: The Psychological Causes of Political Madness” by Lyle H. Rossiter, Jr., M.D.
Here is a link to an article entitled “The Psychology of Progressive Tyranny and Immorality” by Dr. Peter Breggin, M.D. one of the world’s foremost psychiatrists:

Stating the same, in so many words and from a socio-political vantage point is the outstanding book “Slouching Toward Gomorrah: Modern Liberalism and American Decline” by Robert H. Bork.
Of course, I would be remiss if I did not mention “Liberalism is a Mental Disorder: Savage Solutions” by Dr. Michael Savage, PhD.
Each of these men are intellects nonpareil and giants in their respective fields of expertise.
If you need further evidence, it is eternally documented in The Epistle of Paul to the Romans, chapter 1, verses 15-32.
