Man’s power to rationalize truly seems to know no bounds. And a good example of sideshow-quality intellectual contortions is brought to us by U.S. District Judge Norman K. Moon, who on Tuesday dismissed a Liberty University lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of ObamaCare. In a 54-page opinion, Clinton appointee Moon used the following rationale to claim that the health-scare bill was allowable under the Commerce Clause:
The conduct regulated by the individual coverage provision — individuals’ decisions to forego purchasing health insurance coverage — is economic in nature… Nearly everyone will require health care services at some point in their lifetimes, and it is not always possible to predict when one will be afflicted by illness or injury and require care. The “fundamental need for health care and the necessity of paying for such services received” creates a market in health care services, of which nearly everyone is a participant…Regardless of whether one relies on an insurance policy, one’s savings, or the backstop of free or reduced-cost emergency room services, one has made a choice regarding the method of payment for the health care services one expects to receive. Far from “inactivity,” by choosing to forgo insurance, Plaintiffs are making an economic decision to try to pay for health care services later, out of pocket, rather than now, through the purchase of insurance. As Congress found, the total incidence of these economic decisions has a substantial impact on the national market for health care by collectively shifting billions of dollars on to other market participants and driving up the prices of insurance policies.

Selwyn Duke has once again eloquently stated the obvious in so many words, The obvious is this: (modern) liberalism is a mental disorder.
This fact is supported by great minds such as the bold author of this statement, Dr. Michael Savage, PhD; leading psychiatrist Dr. Peter Breggin, PhD and Dr. Lyle H Rossiter, Jr., M.D.
Our country is a Constitutional Republic. We must obey the rule of law and that law is our Federal Constitution and our individual State Constitutions. We are not a putative Democracy – meaning that we are not a purely Democratic society. Pure Democracy is majority or mob rule. This type of government has NEVER succeeded. The miracle that is the U.S. of A. is that we are a Republican government ruled by democratically elected officials.
To my fellow-citizens on the political left: Back off. You have had your day in the sun and you are found extremely wanting. You have no truth to support your positions and no record of even minor success. Most of you are amoral and immoral self-loathing intellectual defects who truly deserve the wrath of We the People and We the Many. You take advantage of the fact that We the People and We the Many are compassionate and understanding. You subvert and pervert the fact the We the People and We the Many hold in esteem your right to existence and to your humanity. How long shall we suffer your fascism and your intellectual abdication of simple reason? Tick-tock.
You tell us that we should surrender our freedom to decide our own medical/insurance decisions? What do you expect to come from this but some anti-social tyrant deciding this for us?
You tell us to accept abnormality as normal, as in DADT? Why do you not readily understand that this policy, while seemingly “unfair”, protects us all? What will you do in its absence when we are ALL unsafe, straights and faggots combined?
You tell us that to arm ourselves leads to crime, when all evidence points to the opposite conclusion. YOU should be shot for advocating such nonsense and yet, those of us that oppose you would NEVER do such a thing!
You, the insane acceptors of leftist/modern liberal dogma, tell us that mankind is causing Global Warming. Only after the evidence of this lie is flushed out do you change the term to “Climate Change”, which, to any sensible person merely means “weather”.
It is time for us, the political and actual right, to stand our ground and scream back at the insane and lunatic fascists that wish to control us. It is time for us to scream back when we see a Roman Catholic Nun being patted down at an airport screening while a Moslem woman in a 1970’s-era bee-keeper suit gets to pat down herself.
Owing a tribute to the movie “Network”, whereby a beloved news anchor twisted off and declared, “I’m mad as hell, and I’m not taking this anymore”, we must all do the same to the increasingly insane and mentally disordered American Left.
Merry CHRISTmas…

Mr.Duke brings up a great point in his article. As from 1984, we have a "Big Brother" watching over us telling us what we should or shouldn't do. The government is tightening the noose around our hard-fought rights and liberties. Obamacare is very clearly unconstitutional and would take a very ignorant or arrogant (or both)to say that it is constitutional. It is funny that such a weak defense is given by the judge that ruled this terrible legislation, and that the Arizona immigration bill is attacked by a poor offense. I bring up the Arizona bill because it actually enforces federal law and is constitutional if you actually read the bill *cough *cough -liberals-. This inconveniences the socialist agenda because the wave of illegal immigration is profitable for them for vote padding and other reasons. What I am really trying to say is that the socialist side isn't trying very hard to keep a good poker face. The show us their cards right in front of our faces and expect us to be blind to them. They think that their sheep, us American citizens (middle class specifically), will accept accept their word as cannon and we will submit to their whims. They will be right, unless we take action (I am also talking to you Republicans!) and fight the left side of government. This is the perfect spot to insert my favorite quote by Thomas Jefferson,"All tyranny needs to gain a foothold is for people of good conscience to remain silent". How true

Boy, you sure told them! I'm sure all the liberals who read this column are shaking in their boots!

Is that all you have to say? If so, why did you bother?
