Pascal

I have often protested the same point in conversations, but it has repeatedly gone in one ear and out the other. If your etymology is correct then I have not been quite accurate when saying "Marx invented the term capitalism for foul reasons." Still, it was since "The Communist Manifesto" that the pejorative has stuck.

I fear with the short attention span of too many people, "economic freedom" is not going to catch on as the replacement for the indoctrinated "capitalism."

Maybe you need to come up with a catchy tune along the lines of "It's Istanbul not Constantinople."
