“We have 50 million Muslims in Europe. There are signs that Allah will grant Islam victory in Europe — without swords, without guns, without conquest — will turn it into a Muslim continent within a few decades,” said late Libyan leader Muammar Gadhafi in 2006. While Gadhafi’s numbers might’ve been a bit off, his prediction, says a former European intelligence head, was spot on.
Hans-Georg Maaßen, Germany’s premier domestic intelligence chief from 2012 to 2018, made his comments in an interview with FPÖ TV, which PJ Media reported on this past Thursday. Warning that “Europe will succumb to Islam,” Maaßen said that the pseudo-elites could stop this process if they wanted to — but they don’t want to.
In fact, they want a land that’s a “hodgepodge of different folks,” as Barack Obama once put it, because the people will then be less able to resist their agenda.
Adding perspective to Maaßen’s remarks, commentator Raymond Ibrahim wrote in the aforementioned PJ Media piece that his
warnings are buttressed by disturbing demographic changes. According to conservative estimates from Pew Research, over the next 25 years — meaning most of the current generation’s lifetime — Europe’s Muslim population will triple to a staggering 76 million. In fact, the actual current and future numbers of Muslims appear to be higher, though there are no official tallies. For example, in an earlier, 2011 study, Pew Research found that “The number of Muslims in Europe has grown from 29.6 million in 1990 to 44.1 million in 2010. Europe’s Muslim population is projected to exceed 58 million by 2030.” Clearly 58 million in five years’ time is more significant than 76 million in 25 years’ time.
Not only is mass migration responsible for Islam’s exponential growth in Europe, but once there, the average Muslim woman has significantly more children than the average European woman. “Muhammad” is taking West Europe by storm as the number one name for newborn baby boys.
Maaßen said in his interview that this demographic genocide (my phraseology, not his) is by design — a true example of how “Can’t live on Won’t Street.”
“‘Germany and Austria could start rejecting people at the borders from one day to the next — due to the third country regulation,’ the former spy chief stated,” related website Remix. “Furthermore, the state could deport or ensure voluntary departure for ‘hundreds of thousands of foreigners who do not want to integrate and who could commit crimes and continue to depend on social benefits from the state.’” So what’s the issue?
Our “politicians want a different population,” Remix also reports Maaßen as saying. “The political left follows the course of the anti-German ideology. The more heterogeneous a population, the less able it is to articulate itself and have a democratic say. The more politics accepts immigrants from other countries as they see fit and grants them citizenship, the more politics selects the people of the state and influences the election results. These migrants then vote differently than the locals.”
The above translation is a bit awkward, but Maaßen is with his last line referencing a longstanding phenomenon. In the United States, for example, 85 to 90 percent of our post-1967 immigrants have come from the Third World — and 70 to 90 percent of them vote for Democrats upon being naturalized (and sometimes before).
This pattern of such groups supporting leftists holds throughout the West, and, knowing this, liberal parties encourage more Third World immigration in a power-buttressing voter-importation scheme. (Why do you think approximately seven million illegals have been allowed to stream across our southern border during Joe Biden’s tenure?)
Leftists sometimes confess this strategy’s existence, too. For instance, aside from Obama’s “hodgepodge” remark, consider one Andrew Neather, former advisor to ex-British prime minister Tony Blair: He confessed in 2009 that the massive immigration into the United Kingdom over the previous 15 years was designed to “rub the Right’s nose in diversity and render their arguments out of date.”
But Western populations are being rendered out of date, too. To again use the United States as an example, Western World-origin people constituted fairly close to 90 percent of our population in 1967.
After 50-plus years of demographics-changing immigration, however, that figure is below 60 percent.
Owing to this agenda, efforts to “tackle (im)migration” are mere Kabuki theater. They’re “showcase politics” or “dummy politics,” as Maaßen put it, citing a late 2023 “migration summit” in Germany as an example. The agenda was all about getting more money for migrants, he lamented — i.e., the native peoples are funding their own demographic and cultural genocide — and establishing faster “asylum” procedures.
And how enriching is this “diversity”? Ibrahim mentions the frequent crimes committed by migrants. “Indeed, as in other European nations, sex crimes — including against young boys — have skyrocketed in Austria,” he writes. “According to one report, ‘Hardly a day goes by without reports of sex attacks’ at the hands of migrants.”
Returning to Maaßen, he also touched on the deepest reason why this is happening. As Remix further relates:
“We [Westerners] don’t know where we want to go. What should Germany or Austria look like in 2030? We are living only in the moment, and therefore we are losing out to others who have a religion or ideology, who know where they want to go. We lack a mission,” he [Maaßen] continued. “Mostly Muslims come to us with a completely different awareness of culture, religion and family. In secular Europe, religion and family — if they are still important at all — are a matter for the individual, but in these cultures it is a matter for the clan.”
For sure. “Progress should mean that we are always changing the world to suit the vision,” G.K. Chesterton noted. “Progress does mean (just now) that we are always changing the vision.” But Europe’s Muslims do not; they have a very definite and fixed vision of how they want the world to be.
And when your current vision involves inviting unassimilable people in, and their passion-fueled vision involves cultural conquest, your last and final vision just may be theirs.

The Republicans are more concerned about being perceived as racist than stopping the influx of migrants. The kerfuffle on the Texas border is more about States rights, and who's gonna pay for the food, shelter and clothing, than a true intention to stop the demographic transformation. In actuality,Texas has already succumbed.
The fight against amnesty in 2006 was the last time it was even possible to do anything about mass uncontrolled immigration. There's a conspiracy theory claiming the Republican Party just feigns concern about illegal immigration to get votes. My take is that the right might want more Asian immigrants but isn't all that upset about the large number of unskilled immigrants who will work for relatively low wages. That both parties will partake of any benefits in the here and now (votes, cheap labor) and leave future generations to cope with the problems is a given.
