Meema

I guess it has ever been so but humans are just so sheeplike. I am not. I'm a maverick so I early voted for Trump this week because I don't need slogans or slick ads or photo ops. Nor do I require endorsements by people who have done well and amassed fame and fortune. Instead I ask questions and I look for answers, not necessarily in the standard rhetoric sites. Then I decide based on facts gleaned. I have have voted in every presidential election since 1968 and with only a few exceptions I cast my vote against one candidate rather than for the other. I don't have to worship the one who gets my vote. I just have to believe that one is more likely to keep this ship afloat.

It makes me think we aren't going to make it as a species if we just get dumber and dumber by the day.
